宣告表示，遊客必須進行PCR測試；同時阿曼政府也取消了對於在該國逗留不足一週時間的遊客的檢疫隔離程式（Meanwhile, the committee also made PCR compulsory for travellers coming to Oman from any part of the world. It also stated that it removed the quarantine procedures for visitors coming for less than 7 days to Oman）。
