柿餅是陝西著名傳統小吃,柿餅又稱柿子餅,含糖量比較高。

柿餅是如何做出來的?取成熟的柿子,削去外皮,然後用線繩串起來經過風吹日晒,風乾之後,把每一個風乾的柿餅捏扁,就像餅子一樣,(柿餅名字就是這樣來的)再放入一個比較大的塑料袋裡,袋口要紮緊,就這樣放上一段時間,其表面慢慢呈現出白色粉末柿霜,形成了柿餅。
